I was born in LA and completed an MFA at ASU. While working as a nurse practitioner in autism research I co-authroed of The FRIEND Program for Creating Supportive Peer Networks for Students with Social Challenges, including Autism. I am the first-place recipient of the Olive Woolley Bert Awards and have published creative non-fiction in bioStories and Adelaide Literary Magazine. I live and write in an old house in Salt Lake City with my family and Cadoodle, Lizzie.
